Week of May 4th
The theme of this week’s blog is: it is okay to not be okay. Sometimes we need to realize that it is okay to have a bad day, be angry or be upset with a situation. We need to remember to take those moments and relax and realize it is okay to tell yourself I am not okay today and the school work will still be there tomorrow. I woke up this morning anticipating a great productive day; instead the internet went out, the beautiful weather went away, and I decided it was better to take a break rather than become frustrated with the situation.
